Vendor Registration is now OPEN!

We are thrilled to announce that the Vendor Registration for the Tennessee EMS Education Association is now open!

Date: July 24 -26, 2024
Location: Embassy Suites, Murfreesboro

This is an excellent opportunity for vendors to showcase their products and services to a highly targeted audience of EMS professionals, educators, and students. With a diverse range of attendees, your organization will have the chance to network, establish new partnerships, and increase brand awareness.
To secure your spot and take advantage of this unique opportunity, please follow these simple steps:

1. Complete the Vendor Registration Form available on our website. Provide accurate and detailed information about your organization and the products or services you wish to promote.
2. Review the Terms and Conditions for vendors and exhibitors. It is important to familiarize yourself with our guidelines to ensure a smooth and successful event.
3. Submit the completed registration form along with the required payment. Accepted payment methods include credit card or check

As a vendor, you will be provided with a designated booth space to showcase your products and services. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to interact with attendees, answer their questions, and generate leads.
We highly recommend registering early to secure your preferred booth location. Spaces are limited, and we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Tennessee EMS Education Association was initially formed in 1988 when the West Tennessee EMS Educator's Association was formed to unify EMS education's voice.
